NAPA VALLEY PERFORMING ARTS CENTER AT LINCOLN THEATER
Lincoln Theater is the largest performing arts venue in all of the Napa Valley. Located on the hill in Yountville, the Lincoln Theater is the ideal mid-valley venue with a capacity of 1200 seats. During the festival, the Lincoln Theater offers the greatest chance of getting into a film screening via the Rush Line or a Limited-Stay pass.
In addition to film screenings, the Lincoln Theater also hosts the NVFF Celebrity Tributes Program on Thursday, November 9. During this magical evening, the Napa Valley Film Festival salutes the highest level of cinematic achievement. The event includes video clips of each honoree’s work and live on stage interviews with Access Hollywood’s Natalie Morales. In past years, NVFF has had the privilege of honoring talent such as Will Ferrell, Nancy Myers, Matthew McConaughey, Lee Daniels, Dev Patel, Felicity Jones and many more. THE DRIVE-IN AT THE CALISTOGA FAIRGROUNDS
For the first time ever, festival attendees can now watch new independent films at The Drive-In, a pop-up theater created just for NVFF18! Located under the Speedway Pavilion at the Calistoga Fairground, The Drive-In is sure to be the most buzzed about movie going experience at the festival. Approximately 50 cars can be parked in the Pavilion, which will showcase a giant screen, provided by Fun Flicks, and the ability to transmit sound through an FM radio station. Nostalgic movie treats, THE GRADE Cellars wine, and additional outdoor seating for 100 people will also be available.
Film screenings will take place November 7 – 11 at 5:30pm and 8:30pm each night. Doors open at 4:00pm for a special Calistoga Intermission, where attendees can enjoy wine, popcorn, and snacks before the movies. Passholders will be given priority access to parking spots and theater seating. Any passengers without passes will pay $20 once the vehicle is parked upon arrival. $20 rush tickets are available for non-passholders who want to bring their cars or sit outside.
